my 1st PC has 90 SC with ICS enabled ip set at 192.168.0.1 as my dialup
the 2nd PC i installed RH 9 0 can the 98 system be the diail up if so how?

Yes. Configure the network on your Red Hat machine to have an IP in the 192.168.0 class (not .1 of course), and put the Windoze machine in as it's gateway.
