	No you don't want to comment out this line, unless you are not
interested
in monitoring your server when there is an problem.   What you may want
to do is
modify your /etc/syslog.conf file to modify at what depth of info you
want to 
Monitor from cron.   Do a man on syslog.conf to understand the levels.

Thank you for your wisdom, you are right!

But What should I do,
Should I just comment out that line in /etc/cron.d/sysstat?

Why did this all of a sudden happen?
I thought I knew something about my system before I had to reboot it. 
Now I am very humble and patient!!
