vsftpd Question.

Please someone help ...!!!

How can I make particular user to download only ?? I
mean he will have no rights to delete or upload any files ...

Disable their login shell could work.

In /etc/password change "/bin/bash"
to "/sbin/nologin" for that user.

You can also use the Redhat User Manager
under System Settings to do the same if
you have a graphical interface..
