One option: =================================== Download the new up2date rpm's from: https://rhn.redhat.com/errata/RHSA-2003-267.html#Red%20Hat%20Linux%209 This is necessary due to the fact that Red Hat's Certificate of Authority expired some months after the release of RH9 and you'll get SSL Certificate errors unless you upgrade the up2date utility. After you've installed the rpm, instruction are on the errata page, run up2date and follow the instructions. You may be asked to run rhn_register as well. Up2date is a service that will provide all the released updates for your system and will automatically determine and download any other dependencies required to install your chosen rpm(s). ===================================== Other options include programs named "apt" and, perhaps, "yum", which many people like but for those you'd be best searching the archives: http://marc.theaimsgroup.com/?l=redhat-list&r=1&w=2 Regards, Mike Klinke -- redhat-list mailing list unsubscribe mailto:redhat-list-request@xxxxxxxxxx?subject=unsubscribe https://www.redhat.com/mailman/listinfo/redhat-list
