Check your registry settings, this is a well documented issue with
Samba:


Start Regedit, navigate to:

 HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\NetLogon\Parameters

and change

 "RequireSignOrSeal"=dword:00000001

to

 "RequireSignOrSeal"=dword:00000000
