Thanks, I carefully read troubleshooting documentation , section 6.3 . In that  they said that "if you don't see the rotating bar, there is a problem. Possible problems include: tftpd is not running"

I agree for that , but I checked tftpd by giving ps -ef  command.  & it's result shows that tftpd is working fine. I also check by chkconfig, setup, ntsysv commnad & it's result also shows that tftpd is running.

There are any other way to solve the problem?
