smtp server

Hi, I have fixed my problems with the pop server and I believe I am still
having problems with smtp.

I've had iptables off and tcp wrappers open all day. I don't get anything
bounced back when I send email to the server, or any other kind of messages.
When I try to send using that smtp, it just times out at 60 seconds.

Here are the process that are running for postfix:

root 1832 1 0 Oct06 ? 00:00:00 [master]
postfix 1836 1832 0 Oct06 ? 00:00:00 [nqmgr]
postfix 5378 1832 0 14:10 ? 00:00:00 [pickup]

Am I missing anything? I'll give the config file another once-over tonight,
is there anything in particular I should be looking for?

Thanks in advance for your help.
