Now, how do I activate bonding or where can I download the correct bonding driver, since I don't have this file /etc/sysconfig/network-scripts/ifcfg-bond0.

Sounds like you're talking about bonding, not load balancing...google is your friend. When you know what you're looking for is the time to ask it here.
