You can't move an LV from one VG to another.  The best that can be done is
to create a new LV with the same number of extents (if you are using the
default VG parameters) on the destination VG.  Then:

dd if=/dev/VG_Old/LV_Old of=/dev/VG_New/LV_New bs=4096
