You mean their resume? I've *never* posted publicly; over the years, I've
told recruiters that the only way they'll see my resume is if I'm applying
for a job I consider myself qualified or well-qualified for; it's *not*
for spamming recruiters who harvest and submit you without ever talking to
you.
