Make sure your system firmware is up2date, BIOS, BMC, iDRAC PERC, etc.
Check support matrix from Dell to see if 6.1 is supported on 710. Did you
test your image. Make sure it is not corrupt. Bios to default settings. If
still the same, remove PCI cards from back risers.
