Hi all, I am having following test setup Host machine=Rhel 6.1 enterprise with kvm Number of virtual machines=2 Guest machine os=rhel6.1 enterprise I am using kvm virtual environment using libvirt Now when iam specifying blkio.weight parameter on one guest=1000 And on other guest=500 Now as per cgroup bandwidth should be propotionally distributed on both the guests,but when I analysed the disk read write bytes ,it seems that cgroup is not doing any impact. Bandwidth on both guests is not as per the weight assigned to the guest.
