AFAIK Windows xp can have some multiuser-esque things (ssh, terminal
services, telnet, etc) but its really not meant for it. So OP I guess the
best answer is 'sort of'. Usually no but sometime yes. For a more multiuser
environment you'd want to look into the Windows server line.
