Dear All,

I am interested to know more about GFS. As I understood, GFS is a type of
filesystem. What is pro and cons using GFS? Do GFS have similar concept with ZFS
in OpenSolaris? Kindly advised. Thanks.

Subject: Redhat cluster/GFS

Hi All,

I have setup RHEL cluster using conga. My requirement is to create FTP
server . I have SAN storage configured (Openfiler).

I have created GFS and mounted on /ftp directories on both RHEL nodes.

Right now I am running FTP server on both the nodes and cluster is serving
as expected (Since configured VIP for the cluster as service :)

Do I have to configure GFS as a service on Conga GUI?? and if yes then y??

Regards,

Raj Panda
