your prediction was correct with rcutree.rcu_nocb_gp_stride=1, I got 4
rcuog tasks but it did not change anything to my interrupt issue.

I start to feel that my intuition was wrong and the interrupts are
coming from elsewhere...

bottomline, my rcu settings has become better than before I contacted
the list with rcutree.rcu_nocb_gp_stride=4 and for that I am extremely
grateful for the assistance that I have received here!
