I start to feel that my intuition was wrong and the interrupts are coming from elsewhere... bottomline, my rcu settings has become better than before I contacted the list with rcutree.rcu_nocb_gp_stride=4 and for that I am extremely grateful for the assistance that I have received here! thank you!
