[PATCH 5/8] rcu: s/boost_kthread_mutex/kthread_mutex

This mutex currently protecting per node boost kthreads creation and
affinity setting across CPU hotplug operations will soon be used also
for expedited kworkers.

Generalize its name to prepare for that.
