Hello! This series contains a few more straggline RCU flavor consolidation cleanups: 1. Simplify rcu_read_unlock_special() deferred wakeups. 2. Make rcu_read_unlock_special() checks match raise_softirq_irqoff(). 3. Simplify rcu_note_context_switch exit from critical section, courtesy of Joel Fernandes.
