reduce number of devices in raid6

I have a raid6 with 7 devices which is larger than needed now. One disk needs replacement so
I want to reduce the array to (un-degraded raid6) with 6 devices, send the removed drive for RMA
and then keep the replacement disk as a cold spare until I need to grow the array in a few years.

I will first resize (shrink) the fs, then reduce the array size (--array-size=).
Finally I should reshape the array with --raid-devices=6, but I do not know how to nominate
which of the 7 devices to remove.

What is the command to use here?

TIA
