Why do you do this? Both are the mistake.

First read up and understand what "pvcreate" does, what "fdisk" does, what is
a partition table, what are LVM and MD, in what order they are layered and so
on, before actually using any of this. By blindly following instructions found
somewhere on the internet, you will eventually just lose all your data.
