Impossible to tell if that is correct for you.

Like... chunk size? data offset? layout? (also cloned how exactly?)

Unfortunately this doesn't help at all. Give the output for your RAID, 
the original one, not what you re-created. Impossible to tell what is 
correct or not otherwise.

Also, your mailer seems to have mutilated the formatting/whitespace.
That makes your output quite hard to read, see if you can fix that.
