Kernel bug when creating MD arrays

Hi Shaohua,

we are performing some basic daily tests of your for-next branch so we are able to detect issues as soon as they are pushed. Since you merged Linus' master, every attempt to create any RAID array ends with kernel bug, the same as here:
	https://marc.info/?l=linux-block&m=152331495326624&w=2

There was some mess with min/max macros and it is already fixed
	https://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/torvalds/linux.git/commit/?id=e9092d0d97961146655ce51f43850907d95f68c3

This patch is included in v4.17-rc1. Could you rebase your for-next branch so we will be able to perform testing again?

Regards,
Mariusz
