[Linux-Raid] strange mirror write perf

Hello,

I'm encountering a drop of write performance after creating a mirror with two whole disk ( sdc and sdd ) and i'm not able to find where it come from:

Perf before :

I've also tried with a mirror created on two partition and the result
was the same.
I tried with a LVM mirror, the drop of performance was not so important :

I didn't notice anything wrong while launching the dd test and watching top.
