M and L are not mutually exclusive!

The definition of M is:
   M: Mail patches to: FullName <address@domain>
and since we want patches to be sent to the mailing list, this entry is correct
as it stands.

L stands for "Mailing list that is relevant to this area", and this is a mailing list. :)
