VM virtual hard drive with build and debug all ready to go?

It be nice if there was a virtual hard drive setup for a VM
(virtualbox or vmplayer) that was available an all set to go for
running the build and debug environment for the mdadm and even include
all the various spec documents related to RAID. Then someone could
just download it, and debug something using the debug output of mdadm
and then create fixes and patches to submit. Would just make it easy
to get going...

Anyway, just a thought...
