You seem to have very high numbers in Hardware_ECC_Recovered and Raw_Read_Error_Rate. I suggest you replace your cables. You don't have bad sectors, which is good. Are you using the controller for RAD or just as a way to connect your disks? I've had similar link-reset problems, but not written related. Turns out one of the disks had a bad PCB.
