I'd like to thank the people on the list who have helped edit the wiki too.

I managed to do a fair bit when I had a glut of time but not much since so the
community support has been invaluable.
The, err, 'good' news is that it looks like I'll have some more spare time
coming up soon thanks to the recession ;)
