Moving Raid

Hi, i need to move software raid5 hdds from sda, sdb, sdc (emulated scsi) to 
hda, hdb, hdc.  I'm using debian 3.0 and my software doesn't support the 
solutions i've found and the solutions on the software raid howto don't 
exist either.

mkraid version 0.90.0
mdadm v0.7.2 - 21 March 2002

(mdadm --update, mkraid --only-superblock, mkraid --force-resync)

any ideas?
