Just to followup to myself here's the tiobench on my 2TB 12x180GB RAID5
array.  This is running on two channels of an Adaptec 39160

tiobench.pl --size=4000
Size is MB, BlkSz is Bytes, Read, Write, and Seeks are MB/secd . -T
