Linux-2.4.16

Trying to install a new 2TB raid5 setup and have gotten several oopses
during resync.

Was able to run this setup without synchronizing for a day.  Then added the
spare drive and during resync:

Then we tried it again...3 resyncs were going on (since the system rudely
died) and the filesystems had been NFS exported while resyncing....
