2.1 profile does not work on usb 5.1 device ?

It was already discussed in other thread, at least partially.
2.1 is available in UI, but LFE is not working, instead I have weird 
noise in one of rear speakers during tests form UI.
Both with PulseAudio packaged in Ubuntu 15.10 x64 and compiled from 
source (in my case last commit 733e4bc on 26.05.15), both behave the same.
However, LFE works perfectly in 4.1 and 5.1 modes, so I'm using 4.1 as 
workaround.
I do not have separate controls in alsamixer for other that PCM, Line 
and Mic (I did screencast that shows this).
