A2DP Bluetooth headset issues with PulseAudio 6.0

It's probably just that - a2dp is not connected. Have you tried to 
connect it manually?
Run bluetoothctl and enter following commands:
agent on
default-agent
connect aa:bb:cc:dd:ee:ff (address of your device)

After that a2dp should be available again.
