With the systemd pam module enabled when a user is logged in, the dir /run/user/1001 is created. Log this user out, and log in as another user, no other dir is created in /run/user. And pulseaudio wants to write in the /run/user/1001 directory but fails because no permissions. After reboot, same situations and errors. In ubuntu 13.04 all was ok, and dirs are created in /run/user as usernames, not uid's.
