The planned freeze day is today. Assuming that we keep the plan as it
is, what is currently in master will go to PA 5.0, and not much else
(bug fixes only). This means that our BlueZ 5 support will only cover
A2DP, so BlueZ 4 will be required for HSP and HFP.

Publishing release candidates has been handled by Arun in the past, and
I expect that this tradition will continue. My understanding is that
Arun is busy with other stuff for this week, so I guess we'll have to
wait for a release candidate until Monday at least.

Current release blocker bugs:

 * https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=65349 -
module-card-restore doesn't work properly with bluetooth

 * https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=65868 - Unplugging and
replugging a USB microphone device does not restore the settings / sound
levels
