You raise an interesting point here and I'd like to know Luiz's opinion on this. >From my point of view, the Media API is designed to register as many endpoints as PulseAudio supports, regardless of what oFono is currently trying to do. Unless BlueZ describes this endpoint type as deprecated or at least discourages the registration of such an endpoint, I see no real reason not to do it, since it doesn't add any more complexity to PulseAudio.
