It's my fault inasmuch I am not able to repair the very damaged Thunderbird (damaged in essence by my own governments' "hackers"). That is one of the things that they manage to break. Thunderbird cannot anymore send PGP signed text mails to anywhere unless I make complex and clumsy workaround, and I am really not an expert.
