Thanks! I've pushed the patch now with the following changes: I changed
the commit title to "pacmd: Added --help and --version options." and
added the "set-source-output-mute" command that was missing from the
help text.

The label renaming could have been in a separate patch.

Are you sure you want to be credited as "poljar"? If so, don't have a
problem with that, but it may be beneficial for yourself to use your
real name in the commits, and maybe also on the mailing list :) (For
example, potential employers may be reading the patches and mailing list
messages.)
