Yep, I just rebase my tree it should be fine to be pulled.

I also include a series of patches for sbc which were on BlueZ but not
on PulseAudio, I hope it fixes this problem too, anyway I move the sbc
related files to sbc subdir so that it easier to apply patches from
BlueZ tree.
