Trying to get Pukseaudio playing nice with KDE 4.6 on Arch Linux

Yes, I understand that the daemon is already running, what I'm not sure of is 
how to proceed from here. I've followed all the instructions to the best of my 
ability, but I'm obviously doing something very wrong.
