NAK. These are for working with the alsa a52 plugin which can encode
on-the-fly.

I recently posted a patch that fixes a PA assert() when this plugin was
used.

I can now enable the 5.1 Digital output but the timing is all messed up
and all the sound is compressed into a very short period of time. On the
plus side it does come out the right speakers :D
