There are a group of us gradually moving everything a11y, including speech output/audio into user sessions, and as discussed last month, an idle like user that consolekit/udev knows about is needed for those speech/audio processes that users want to use so they can get a text console login screen to be usable. Should nobody else get to this in the coming months, this is on my agenda. Luke
