Still getting some kind of deadlock problem with 0.9.16

Dammit. Well paplay and all other clients didn't work (just locked up 
requiring ctrl+c), and pulseaudio -k had no effect :s May not be a 
deadlock in the classic sense but it's still borked.... I should have 
gotten pacmd ls output as it was perhaps some bizarre suspend issue, but 
I figured the ls would fail too... I'll sit and wait and hopefully it'll 
happen again... :)
