I've got two soundcards, one I want pulse to use, one I want dedicated for mplayer to use for spdif passthrough. What is the best way to hide a soundcard from pulse? My current theory is to not use the udev module and instead explicitly list just the modules for the audio devices I want it to use, but I'd prefer a better way.
