The way I would do it, is like:
parec -d local-source | pacat -s server -d remote-sink
with perhaps some sample specifications thrown in.

You could use module-tunnel-sink to tunnel the remote sink to a local
tunneled sink, but the you still have to connect the source with the
sink using pacat.

I'm not entirely sure that this is the best solution, but it certainly
works. Perhaps there should be a paconnect command to patch a source
and a sink together, with better latency negotiation than with the 2
pacat solution.
