Another heads-up:

I just stripped all he messy permission-related startup code from
PA. There is no group "pulse-rt" anymore, and no calls into
PolicyKit. It's all gone.

Instead you now either have to set RLIMIT_RTPRIO before starting PA
or use RealtimeKit. RealtimeKit is now a dependency of PA. (Except
when it isn't, i.e. embedded worlds)

Why? Simply because that old code was crap and there is now finally a
safe and secure way to enabe RT by default on the desktop, which is
RealtimeKit.
