Assuming you already know how to create the usual "pulse" alsa device,
adding more devices is easy. In .asoundrc, instead of writing just

pcm.pulse {
    type pulse
}

you can specify the sink or source too too:

pcm.speakers {
    type pulse
    device alsa_output.foobar42
}
