Depends on what exactly you mean by AD2P sink profile.

If you mean to be able to stream sound from computer to a headset,
Lennart is right, I've left this working on the end of GSoC08,
although automatic detection of devices didn't have a good level of
usability (meaning that lot's of things had to be done manually). I
haven't worked anymore with that because of lack of time (got a
scholarship to go abroad), but I'm always planning to get back to work
with that, what I think it's going to happen sometime next semester.

If you mean the device acting as a sink, what means the computer
receiving sound from a device, than Tim is right, there is still no
support for that on BlueZ. But it's a project for GSoC09 and hopefully
there will be a student working with that this year.
