pulseaudio cannot recognise ALSA plughw

Hi Lennart,

I've further compiled pulseaudio 0.9.10 and that version can open the same
device (plughw:2) with the ALSA version in Fedora 10. Do you think if it is
related to the new timing mechanism after 0.9.10?

Thanks,
Kaworu
