PulseAudio and Skype

I don't use this closed source software, but I would guess that this
is most likely because Skype sucks and always uses "hw:0" to access
the audio device, instead of "default".

Please complain to the Skype people about that. Since Skype is closed
source crap I cannot send them a patch, although I'd like to.
