dynamic loading for ALSA devices

HAL knows that my
alsa_output.usb_device_471_155_noserial_if0_alsa_playback_0 is a
"Philips PSC805" and that my
alsa_output.pci_device_8086_24d6_alsa_playback_0 is a "Intel ICH5 ALSA
Playback Device".

Could different HAL names be used instead?
