Hi, I have problems to set up surround sound with pulseaudio. I switched to pulse audio recently and used esound before, which played surround sound without problems. I own a A7N8XE MoBo with the intel8x0 driver, and use Gentoo, kernel is 2.6.18. In Alsamixer I have surround activated and unmuted. My .asoundrc is from http://gentoo-wiki.com/HOWTO_ALSA_Complete_% 28includes_dmix%29 . What have I to do, to get surround working with PulseAudio. -BitBeard-
